Since 2002 Vanschilt Consulting Limited has provided consulting services in the Magnesium Thixomolding® Industry for both thick and thin walled parts. We have worked in:

Our advisory services review in detail the four basic areas needed to produce a good part. The first starts with a thorough analysis of the part design and then examines in detail the mold design, mold build and the manufacturing process by the Thixomolding® machine cell. These are the critical areas which require different rules and methods then used by either the die-casting or plastic injection molding industries.
